Kim showed three dogs in the competition, finishing third with Zuko, with Dolly not too far behind. What a tremendous achievement for Kim and her dogs! ​

Dog Sports at Kim’s is thrilled to congratulate Kim Berkley and Zayne, who captured the prestigious 2024 Westminster obedience crown on Saturday in Queens, New York.
Kim and Zayne posted a near perfect 398 points out of 400 in the ninth annual obedience championship, capping their performance with a runoff win. Outstanding!

DSK Border Collies swept the top three spots in this year's AKC Rally National championship in Wilmington, Ohio! The winning team was
Stryker and Nancy Curtis. Kim Berkley and Zayne finished right behind them in second place, with Avery Adams and Spark taking third.

Zayne also tied for fifth place in Open B with a 197, while Beckett (OTCH MACH RACH Crossroad Polesitter Always UDX4 OM6 RM2 RAE2 MXB MJB NF) tied for sixth in Utility B with a 196.

Kim went into Sunday's taxing obedience competition having already spent Saturday running Zayne and Rev in the Westminster Master Agility Championship. In the most competitive 20-inch class, Zayne QQd and finished 15th in a field of 102, while Rev QQd and finished 30th.

What a weekend! Way to make us proud, Kim!

Huge congratulations to DSK instructor Nancy Curtis and OTCH Stryker, who reigned supreme in obedience at the 2019 Border Collie Nationals in November,
winning High in Trial and
High Combined. Stryker also finished his OTCH at the Nationals, on November 3rd.

Congratulations to Linda Gasparovic and Sasha – MACH3 Dial “M” for Mischief UD BN GN MXC MJC NAP NJP CGC WAC – who earned her MACH3 at the English Springer Spaniel National at Purina on July 7. This high-flying Dobie was also named by the Doberman Pinscher Club of America to their Top 20 agility list for 2016. Great work, ladies!
Congrats to Patty Schneiderjohn and Oshie, who rocked the 2018 German Shepherd Dog Nationals
by winning Obedience Victrix and High Combined, Rally Victrix and High Combined, plus the Strickland Challenge, an award given for the highest cumulative score in obedience Open B and Utility B over the two days of obedience competition.

UDX OM Boxer in AKC history
to earn a MACH! Brice finished
the title in style, QQing all four
days of the National Beagle Club's agility trial and notching 92 points
to finish her agility championship.

Kim Berkley handled Brice to 17 consecutive QQs, capped by this weekend’s standout accomplishment under agility judge Craig Josling.

DSK dog Emily, who was named Best All-Around Sheltie at the Sheltie National in March 2017 at Purina.

The ASSA's Best All-Around Sheltie award honors the dog who demonstrates the highest achievement in versatility in performance and conformation. To compete for this award, Shelties were required to show in four of five competitions. Emily competed in all five. She qualified in advanced classes in herding, obedience, rally, and agility, and was a special in the breed ring. Way to go, Jan & Emily!

Emily finished her OTCH on Saturday, August 5th, by winning the Utility B class at the Springfield, MO, Dog Training Club's obedience trial in Springfield, Mo.
